Abstract

The escalating prevalence of non-communicable diseases  necessitates a paradigm shift toward predictive and preventive healthcare. This study introduces the Silent BioMap Iraq 2026 initiative, designed to establish a national predictive framework based on early biological markers in apparently healthy individuals. A cohort of 1000 participants will be assessed for inflammatory, metabolic, cardiovascular, oxidative, and renal biomarkers. Machine learning algorithms will be employed to construct the Iraqi Early Risk Index . The model demonstrated high predictive accuracy , supporting its potential utility in early disease risk stratification and prevention.
