These fees cover the costs of converting the submitted manuscript into its final published format. We are committed to full transparency in publishing costs, and the APC is clearly displayed on the journal's homepage. No additional charges are applied (such as submission fees, page charges, or color charges).

Payment Methods
The corresponding author will receive an email containing payment methods, and we have various payment options to suit authors from different countries.
Fee Reduction or Partial Waiver
TPB is committed to supporting researchers who experience financial hardship. In special circumstances, a fee reduction or partial waiver may be considered upon submission of:
- A formal written request stating the inability to pay, and
- Supporting documentation or evidence demonstrating financial constraints
All requests are reviewed confidentially by the Editorial Board. Decisions are made according to clear and fair criteria and have no influence on the peer-review process or the editorial decision regarding article acceptance.
